There is gynecomastia and fat in the chest area they are two totally different things.. gyne can be controlled or cured using some meds and possibly surgery as per the fat in the chest area you get rid of it just like any other body part …. increase lean mass and decrease fat very very simple.. nothing wrong with bench pressing, any increase of lean tissue will help improve your body composition (lean to fat ratio)..
I totally disagree with this .. “keep saturated fats under control” wtf is that supposed to do ?
keep all calories under control lift with above average intensity do cardio and lose the extra fat .
good advice , im 50 and have a bit of mb issue. 2 years ago i started lifting and focusing on upper chest, and watching my diet, ive seen great results. its slow but i wanna avoid surgery
@southernboy712 if you dont have high body fat % then its probably a case of you getting to much of the hormone estrogen in your body. primarily from your diet. a lot of food (especially meats) today are not fed and raised natural, and many foods contain high levels of estrogen.. I would recommend two things: first get your hormone levels checked. and second try to eat more natural fresh foods, especially the meats eat them organic.. good luck !
I love how he is lop-sided on bench, and the weights on the incline example are pointed inward which causes incorrect from.. check your form before publishing and work forearms and triceps to keep those weights perfectly horizontal
@HamudiChi wow dude i have like the same build. 6 feet around 195 only i have like 30% body fat. and sadly man boobs. I’m just hoping nature takes it course and i lose them with proper exercise and diet. good luck to you, we’ll both need it.
ok! i have man boobs been working out for 3 years and my upper chest is huge with muscle, i can incline bar bell press 225 for 10 reps, but my chest is still massive. i also diet, and exercise every day (every single day! i lost 80 pounds all together, but still have man boobs. what do i do know ?
